General Commercial Conditions

1. IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG accords you (hereinafter "user") a right for actual use of the system.

2. IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG does not take any guarantee for a certain purpose or for the fact that the given characteristics of the output should meet the individual requirements of user.

3. User declares by stating his password and nick name in a an affidavit and also otherwise gives assurance about his correct statement to the effect that he is at least 18 years old.

4. User further assures in affidavit that he will prevent any possibility that persons under 18 years of age might get acquainted with the contents of pages, and will adopt suitable security measures in order that persons under 18 years of age could not find any access to the password and its control code and thus to get access to these pages and chat. User assures that his software has been equipped with a filtration software which, by means of indication and filtration, already carried out by user, safeguards protection of juveniles against the c ontents of internet.

5. User futher states in affidavit that he will not allow any persons under 18 years of age to participate in his operations in the following pages and in chat.

6. If user registers at chat, he must behave in chat in such a way as to not insult a female partner, denigrate her dignity or personality, or by any other way dishonor or vilify her.

7. User takes into account that if he does not fulfil these conditions, he has to expect legal consequences, and even criminal proceedings.

8. User explicitely states that he agrees that his personal data (according to the law on media), as long as they are needed for use of following pages, will be saved for the period of realization. SMS users state that they agree with SMS advertisements and with the fact that they will obtain an access code for Big Sister operations.

9. Reimbursements for use shall be carried out as follows: By debiting credit cards, reducing accounts, debiting the prepaid cards or telephone acconts.

10. User of the system declares in a binding way that he has taken into account these conditions for using the system. User has a possibility to have the above mentioned conditions anytime printed by his provider. In using the system you agree with all the conditions in the preceding and following parts of the agreement!

11. Big Sister offer can be used 24 hours a day (flat of girls). The Internet Studio is open daily between 06pm and 03am Central European Time.

12. IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG has no responsibility for connections to external pages and dissociates itself from any of their contents.

13. User has no right to access or using address, IT SERVICE CONSULTING does not guarantee in any way the adapted availability of weg page.

14. Subsuppliers and third parties: IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG is allowed to engage in operations of www.bigsister.net subsuppliers and third parties. IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG explicitely points out that in engaging subsuppliers and other third parties there might occur in the framework of processing data from offers a transfer of data to suppliers and other third parties.

15. IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG does not take over any guarantee for contents, forms or other actions, for data and files that will be received at or transfered to Big Sister from other users, representatatives or other third parties.

16. When an agreement for access between IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG and a visitor is concluded, IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG guarantees the following:
a) The use of IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG services in the framework of address www.bigsister.net is at user´s own risk. IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG especially is not responsible for damages, including damages from loss of data, which might occur with user on the basis of using contents or sofware from internet or on the basis of other transactions in connection with using www.bigsister.net.
b) IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG is responsible for, with no regard to legal cause, damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, further for damages caused by simple negligent violation of the substantial contractual main duty or basic duty, or by the fact that promised value is lacking. Otherwise responsibility for simple negligence is exluded.
c) In the case of slight negligent violation of the substantial contractual main duty the responsibility of IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG is limited by the amount of a typical, predictable damage. In the case of damage based on gross negligent of ordinary assistants of IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG, the responsibility of IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG is limited by the amount of a typical, predictable damage.
d) The responsibility of IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG, in accord with the law on responsibility for damage caused by defect product, remains in full force.

17. User accepts that Big Sister system is not online in case of technical problems or in case of potential optimalization works.
General Payment Conditions
All transactions for minute packages by debt collection or by credit cards carried out by IT SERVICE CONSULTING AG are single payments. 14 days access will be prolonged to 1 month accesses. 1 month access and 3 months access will be prolonged automatically, in case the customer won´t quit his member ship at least 48 hours before the expiration of his account. Your banking account will be debited only by the amount which you confirm.
The final confirmation of payment is a binding purchase contract concluded by means of online services in our system. Please, write down password/ID of user, issued by the system, for later renewed approach to the system. If you lose the user ID, ask for help our Support.
We explicitely note that we shall save your IP-address.
If you attempt to access the system from more than three IP-addresses with identical password or user´s ID, you will be immediately blocked. In such a case you will be unable to access Big Sister.
Big Sister offer is solely for personal use. Data downloading and so on is forbidden!
Criminal complaint shall be submitted for using other person´s data. On request of investigative organs we shall hand over the saved IP-address so that your identity can be ascertained.
With the debt collection, be aware of the fact that your bank will not reimburse the amount if not enough money is on your account. In such a case our bank will debit you for fees for repeated charges because of unsuccessful debt collection. Since this procedure has to be done also manually, we demand a processing fee of minimally 15,- EUR for every repeated charges. We shall hand over our overall claim to our firm engaged in debt collections; it will send you a reminder on the outstanding amount and/or it will claim the amount in a legal way.
Should some payment not be paid by error, for instance with insufficient amount on the account, ask for help our Support.
Your bank data will be saved for futher processing and control on server selected for accounting system.
Phrase "Erotic club online" is just fiction and is only marketing tool.
